Reconsideration of the following was not taken up on this legislative                               
day.  It was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the

      SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15                                                           
      Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                
      the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 177,                                  
      placing certain special interest organizations within the definition                          
      of "group" for purposes of Alaska's campaign finance statutes; and                            
      requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign contributions.
